Dream Big Ghana Foundation (UK) was set up in 2013 to support the work of Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) seeking to relieve poverty in the Volta Region of Ghana. We currently work with three partner organisations: Dream Big Ghana NGO, Denyigba Lorlor NGO and Dream Renewables.

Dream Big Ghana NGO operates in the coastal villages of Dzita and Dzita-Agbledomi. The NGO delivers programmes related to education, sports development, health and sanitation. Denyigba Lorlor NGO is located in the mountains of the central Volta Region, supporting community development, cultural and reforestation projects. Dream Renewables are working to promote the use of renewable energy technologies in Ghanaian communities.

Dream Big Ghana Foundation (UK) is supported by private donors and fund-raising activities such as sponsored runs and cycle rides. We have also received grants from larger organisations, including Bazar International de Luxembourg, Better World Books, St James’s Place Foundation, the Coles-Medlock Foundation and Goldman Sachs Gives.
